Room Youngsters today have a more sophisticated sense of style and fashion, and that translates into the colors they want to see in their bedroom. According to a recent article in Kids Today, a trade magazine covering children's furnishings, there is no longer a great divide between patterns and colors in children's apparel and the clothing worn by their parents. Those same trends often trickle down into home decor,
meaning the colors you see on the children's clothing rack will soon appear on kids' furniture, bedding, carpets and accessories. And thanks to the Internet (you knew it had to figure in here somewhere, didn't you?), the little ones have ready access to how their favorite stars are dressing and decorating their homes, creating a generation that's always on the cutting edge.
