Endicott Green
Danvers, MA
Endicott Green, a Northland Investment Corporation's luxury rental community in Danvers, Massachusetts, is comprised of 258 beautiful apartments in six residential buildings, all attractively situated around a spacious clubhouse. The CURRIER team was brought in to create a club house environment and two models that would appeal to a broad range of age groups; active adults, younger professional couples, single parents and empty nesters. The overall flavor was to be modern, eclectic, tasteful and comfortable yet impressive and easy to maintain.
Keeping the goals and appeals of the resident population in mind, the design team chose soft golds and greens, rich wood tones and luxurious fabrics for the lobby and great room of the clubhouse. The lobby was detailed with over-scaled millwork, carefully selected trim and natural stone elements. In the billiards room, a one-of-a kind pool table with custom felt and modern design was featured. Artwork highlighting some of New England’s most memorable “sports moments” was chosen to complement the rooms’ elements.
The resulting environment is warm and inviting, a place for residents and guests to relax, socialize and feel at home.
Two model homes were also designed with the broad range appeal of the clubhouse. These one and two bedroom units were to appeal to a slightly different market, one to a bit older segment focusing on the empty nesters or older professional and the other to the upwardly mobile single professional.
For the empty nester or older professional, the one bedroom unit design had a restoration hardware feeling using properly scaled furniture in the green and gold family for a more traditional look and feeling. The two bedroom model was more trendy and vibrant, using colors seen currently in fashion and lifestyle magazines. The result was luxurious yet playful to create an appealing home that attracted the younger age group.
This project was completed in the Summer of 2006
