CURRIER & Associates Promotes Designer

Newburyport, Mass.—December 10, 2008—CURRIER & Associates, Inc., a full-service interior design firm specializing in creating enriching environments for living, healing and working, today announced it promoted Casey Caruso to project designer.

Photo of Project Designer Casey CarusoCaruso, who joined CURRIER nearly four years ago as a design assistant, has steadily moved up the ranks to a leading designer, actively involved in creating interiors for the company’s major commercial clients.

In fact, Caruso was one of two of the lead designers on The Stafford Hill Assisted Living project in Plymouth, Mass., for which CURRIER recently won a “Best Overall Facility Design” award. She also has created designs for several active adult models, clubhouses, corporate offices and a regional hospital. Noted for her keen eye for detail, technical knowledge of space planning, and excellent rapport with clients, Caruso mentors new talent as well.

“We are delighted to promote Casey to project designer, as she has exemplified passion, commitment and excellence,” said Sharon Currier, president of CURRIER. “Additionally, Casey thoroughly understands the very specific needs of the senior living housing industry, which is one of our major market niches.”

Caruso, a graduate of Endicott College, Beverly, with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design, resides in Portsmouth, N.H.

Since 1979, CURRIER has built a reputation of excellence and integrity, completing more than 800 projects for senior living, healthcare, hospitality, commercial, institutional and residential clients.
