The listing, which appeared in the March 21-27 issue of The Boston Business Journal, ranked interior design firms according to their billings within Massachusetts last year. CURRIER’s billings for its Massachusetts projects of $1,019,000 resulted in this ranking. Some of CURRIER’s major work last year included nearly 100 projects within health care and senior living markets, including numerous renovations for Benchmark Assisted Living of Wellesley, MA, which operates 43 senior living communities. CURRIER also supported JPI, a national developer of apartment complexes, by designing three of their Framingham, Mass. projects. Other significant or notable clients included projects for SPS New England in Salisbury, MA, Emerson Hospital, Concord, MA and North Adams Regional Hospital, North Adams, MA. CURRIER, the only free-standing interior design firm on the list, ranked number 25. The competitors, some of which are international companies, are architectural firms which offer interior design capabilities as part of their overall services.
