CURRIER & ASSOCIATES, Inc.
25 Years of Creating Optimal Living & Working Environments

Newburyport-based Currier & Associates, Inc., (CAI), a leading interior design services firm, invites area friends and colleagues to join them in celebrating 25 years of creating distinctive interiors for healthcare, commercial, hospitality, senior living and residential clients.

In 1979, Sharon Currier notes, she began "with a vision of delivering outstanding value that respects each client's budget." Today, Currier & Associates has evolved into an integrated team of professionals who create functional environments that honor and reflect each client's unique values and vision through the integrity of designs created on their behalf. Sharon and Art Currier remain committed to each team member's personal and professional growth.

Full Service Support - By Design!

CAI's integrated service offerings include consulting, interior design, purchasing and installation services, and project coordination. The team has completed nearly 500 projects, and examples of major active New England projects include The Converse Home of Burlington, VT (Assisted Living); Avalon Bay's Pinehill Apartments in Plymouth, MA (Rental Apartments), Lexington, MA Health Care Center (skilled nursing), and major renovations at St. Luke's Hospital in New Bedford, MA.

Values-Driven Process = Key to Success
The hallmark of CAI's success is values-driven design, a powerful yet practical process that truly maximizes each client's investment. Clients experience value in two ways:

  • Through a cost-effective process of applying CAI's experience and efficiency with design creativity, detail-oriented service, purchasing leverage and project management that respects clients' budgets.
  • Through a philosophy of creating environments that represent and reflect each client's own values, thereby enhancing the well-being, productivity and morale of people who use or reside within each environment.

Look, Feel & Functionality = Part Art, Part Science
CAI creates a wide range of environments for clients with various design needs. Projects range from highly technical and research-driven Alzheimers residences like the Atrium at Danvers, MA, to niche-oriented lifestyle projects such as Windgate Active Adult Condominiums in Salisbury, MA, to general development projects that appeal to varied lifestyles, such as Longview at Georgetown, MA - condominiums and townhouses.

Strong Past, Bright Future
"We are honored to share this milestone, which represents 25 years of enhancing living and working environments for thousands of people throughout New England." explained CEO Art Currier. "We value the continued camaraderie and support of colleagues and members of the Greater Newburyport Chamber."
