Announces Team Promotions and Additions Newburyport, MA – May 27, 2004 – Currier & Associates, Inc., (CAI) a full-service interior design firm specializing in the creation of optimal living and working environments, announces staff appointments and promotions. Heather Rowan joined the company as Project Designer, drawing upon five years of professional design experience with a variety of commercial and residential projects. Her education includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from New England School of Art & Design at Suffolk University. Kathi Vander Lann was promoted to Design Assistant from Design Intern. She is a Master of Arts Interior Design Candidate at New England School of Art & Design at Suffolk University, and holds an MBA from Xavier University. Before transforming a life long passion for design into a career, Kathi's experience included engineering and program management with General Electric. Jenny DeWilde was promoted to Purchasing/Accounting Specialist from Administrative Assistant. She began as an intern with CAI while attending Amesbury High School, before attending Northern Essex Community College. Betsy Hathaway joined the company as Administrative Services Manager, responsible for office coordination and client support. She offers a breadth of experience including program management and fundraising for organizations including The Trustees of Reservations' Castle Hill Crane Estate in Ipswich, MA.
